The art movemen of 'Surrealism'

The art movement of surrealism I think is to do with ones imagination with a combination of delusional, childhood fantasies and dreams. Think surreal art is quite eccentric and that the person’s mind is not all there like he/she is high on a drug as when taking drugs you can only see these sort of things. In surreal work it is expected to see un-expected combinations of surreal art. I think it is quite unusual but then again smart the way something so unrealistically impossible is put together and made to look realistic. Personally I would love to explore this side of art more but not too deep just to have fun with and experiment as it abnormal but interesting.
